Just hook the bottles up to the hose and off you go. The 10,000 square feet is how much are the 16 oz bottle will cover. It's up to you to make sure you that you spray that entire area in the time that it takes to empty the bottle. You may need to adjust your water pressure to increase or decrease the rate at which the product comes out of the bottle. The best thing to do is draw a few lines on the side of the bottle, where the see-thru window is. I like to make 4 sections, each indicating 2,500 sq ft. Then you can gauge how fast the product is being used.
You can spray Lawn Honey first, and then either of the other 2 products afterwards, one right after the other. You do not need to rinse between applications.
It is helpful to give a quick rinse with water after the last application, but this is not necessary.
*This tip also applies to the Lawn Start 1-2-3 package.
